True Texas Bbq - Huntsville

At the first attempt of this BBQ. I ordered 1/2 a pound of everything for me and my wife so we can try this grill. And it was really good.

Food is great and convenient! Service was speedy as well. Macaroni flavor was awesome but the sauce is grainy. Would most likely order again though. Overall, great!

Ordered on line, went to pick up. They then told me they were out of ribs, they replaced it with brisket. I had already ordered brisket I had no way to tell if they gave me more, it was not very much regardless. It tasted ok, Cole slaw was decent, but no bread, pickles or barbecue sauce. I was really disappointed.

I gotta say this was the worst brisket sandwich I have ever had. They are not removing the fat section of the brisket and serving the fat as the meal. I took all the portions of fat from my sandwich and put it on a napkin and placed it on their counter. I told them this is the absolute worst brisket I have ever received. I did not ask, but after I brought the pile of fat that I left on the counter, they brought me more brisket. I was appreciative until I looked at what was brought, and it was more of the fat layer. Absolutely the worst brisket I have ever seen and ever paid for. I will not ever go here again. Also their were so many flies..

Had the BBQ baked potato….got it go or else would have returned it. Potato was 1/2 cooked. Had about 1/2 a spoon worth of sour cream and have seen more meat on a McDonalds burger.Serious disappointment.
