The Cheesecake Factory - Huntsville

The Cheesecake Factory is a relatively new restaurant located in Huntsville at the Bridge Street Mall. It is a welcomed addition to the area, with a similar atmosphere, decor, and extensive menu as other locations in the chain. The menu is quite extensive, offering something for everyone across several pages. The restaurant is always busy, with a high volume of customers. The food is consistently good, with options ranging from breakfast dishes to hearty entrees, soups, salads, and half sandwich choices. The servers are efficient and friendly, although they may be a bit stretched thin at times due to the high demand. During my last visit, I tried the turkey and avocado half sandwich with salad, which was fresh and well-prepared. Of course, the highlight of any meal at The Cheesecake Factory is their cheesecake, with numerous delicious options to choose from. While we were already full from our meal, we couldn't resist indulging in a slice of cheesecake. The Cheesecake Factory is a popular restaurant for good reason – great food, reasonable prices, and fantastic desserts.

I decided to finish my birthday in this restaurant. my party has submitted a order at 9:30 a.m., which we received at 10:38 a.m. a party on the next table ordered her after us and received her before us. that is what my group ended with my sonny order was completely messed up and my order came cold. I couldn't eat my plate as they can see on the picture. the manager was nice enough to come with a group. at this point my son and I were discussed. my stepdaughter and spouse order was okay. the place was occupied. because we were rarely addressed as customers. I promise I will never return to this cheesecake factory. answer was not only eating it was the service time. I felt we were completely neglected as customers. the table next to us was also determined by their personal. I say that as polite as possible. that is the greatest reason why I don't return. to neglect as a customer, because of what I am a customer. I was very polite to wait patiently until after an hour. for the table next to me they received a half hour after the order their meal. my family sat and watched the waiter service another table above their restaurant with first-class service while we were completely neglected. check their cameras. the proof speaks very much on the movie.

Was great, the only issue we had is we made reservations and they were calling the wrong number so we didn't get seated right away. Had an AMAZING server she was great. My steak was a lil over done but nothing I needed to send back. They do their steaks on an open flame so keep that in mind when ordering. My husband got shrimp scampi not authentic) but it was still great. Definitely going back. I do suggest reservations and make sure they have the correct number when you check in.And we had just the classic cheesecake....mouthwatering...thin layer of sour cream on top just made the dessert.

Excellent dining experience but always packed. Had reservations and were seated 5 minutes early. Melinda did a great job serving our table. Also appreciated her menu rexommendations. Try the Black Pepper Shrimp, Chicken Piccata or Chicken Bellagio. Turtle cheesecake is delicious. Banana creme and white chocolate raspberry are also winners. Oh, and please oil the door hinges out front.

Our family dinner turned into a disappointing experience at this restaurant. We had made a reservation a month in advance due to the long waiting list, but still had to wait an additional 10 minutes upon arrival. Despite notifying staff 15 minutes before our reservation time, we waited 35 minutes with menus in hand before being able to place our order. The restaurant was not at full capacity according to Google, so the slow service was unexpected. We were seated in a corner near the restroom, where the traffic flow made it easy for servers to overlook our table. The bathroom was also unkempt, with toilet paper on the floor adding to our displeasure. After speaking with the manager, we were finally able to place our order. The food, once it arrived, was hot, well-prepared, and tasty, although we had to wait an average of 30 minutes between each course. It was discovered that our table had been overlooked by our initial server, leading to the delay in service. Overall, this experience has made us reconsider making reservations or dining during off-peak hours. We only recommend giving this restaurant a try if you don't mind waiting and suggest skipping the reservation process. Additionally, the original cheesecake is only available on certain days, so purchasing it from a local bakery may be more cost-effective.
