The Bottle - Huntsville

The Duroc pork loin was good if a little sweet with the sauce. Wife’s fillet was done appropriately and was tasty. The tomato bisque was excellent. Wait staff was very professional and courteous. I’d go back.

This was our first time at The Bottle. We arrived earlier than our reservation and were seated with no issues. Our main server seemed rushed at times when taking our order. The service was not bad but did seemed rushed. The additional helpers were always around clearing items and bringing out bread. The food and drinks were really good. You get what you pay for here. Everything seemed fresh and the building appeared clean. You can tell the restaurant has some age, but that gives it some character. Kid-friendliness: I would not expect many kids to be here during dinner time at least.

Best hidden gem in the heart of downtown Huntsville. By far one of the best kept secrets in the country. The chef is amazing at what he does, turning regular people's food into high quality meals with lots of umami. The staff are always welcoming and personable, while the bartender makes unique and sumptuous drinks. Will return again and again.

While looking up the restaurant, I attempted to call the restaurant in regards to an item on their menu, which I was curious if it was currently available. Since their online dinner menu isn't working, and the pictures on Google are from various dates. When I called in the person answered, I heard people talking in the background, then the phone was hung up. I called again, and it was immediately picked up then put back down. How do you get to try a restaurant if there's zero service? Very disappointed.

Love this place. Go as often as we can. Went to the Gulf wine night and it was stupendous.
