ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FOOD! First time eating here and omg this is probably my new food place! I cant believe i have been missing out on this place! I highly suggest giving her a try, you will not regret it at all!

I visited Tara’s Cajun Cooking Catering a couple of days ago and I got the Birria fries (beef) and It was delicious. Tara was very friendly and welcoming and I recommend that everyone give her a try you won’t be disappointed.

I came from Hospitality/waitstaff and seafood restaurants with 15 years on the job training. Serving in full tuxedo dress Inexpensive dining with many private parties and banquets opening teams working for Landry 's Seafood to Perry 's Grille and Steakhouse.So, I had been very interested in checking their flavors out, plus wondering if the expectations will delight or disappoint FAMILY+FOOD Traditional ROUX(TBH : I 've always thought blue crab was just trash, I was right.)I thought, until ordering this seafood basket. Just amazed!I 'M REALLY IN AWE of her blue crab she proved that I was certainly mistaken!I 'm a believer, Ty for sharing your obvious talent passion. SOMETHING SPECIAL! Sorry it took so long to give credit where credit is due.Ty

Today for lunch I had the fried ribs with collard greens, mac n cheese, and corn bread. I can honestly say that everything was tasty and delicious. I am glad I had gotten it to carry home where I could really enjoy it.

First time coming here I had some fried chicken, Mac and cheese and rice with gravy. My only complaint was that the Mac was kind of soupy other than that the flavor of the meal was immaculate. Second time I had some fried shrimp, fries and dirty rice. It doesn’t top my grandmas food but it’s definitely some of the best I’ve had since coming to Huntsville.
