Long John Silver's - Huntsville

The food tasted fresh, not old and greasy, the staff were helpful, responsive and proud of the cleanliness of their dining room and food area. They were happy in their duties and greeted us cordially when we came in. The food came out in time; both my husband and I ordered from the Sunday All-You-Can-Eat menu and they brought fresh pieces of fish or chicken as we requested.

We had the thick cut whitefish and shrimp dinner and it was properly cooked and very well tasted. We enjoyed the meal very much. The staff was also friendly and attentive. We'll be back.

Okay, but the cashier has a bad attitude gets orders wrong, can't remember who ordered what there is no way this lady works in my facility if she would work in the back. If you want to give an update, I was in Long John Silvers 1-28-2019 and the checkout was a very pleasant woman to be around and she came over to check for everything wonderful change. From 2 star to 4 all were nice and friendly, especially what was a grim lady is now a pleasant lady

Even better now that she rebuilt it, got a new soda machine with taste recordings, and more important, new management. the employees were all so chipper, although they accidentally gave my order to someone else. but they have restored my order and it was fresh from the frit. we will go back

I arrived to this location expecting it to close at 10 due to the listed hours on google. I was informed that the hours have changed to 9,but they made my order anyways. That is amazing service,thank you and sorry for the misunderstanding!! I sent in a suggested hours edit to google,so hopefully it goes live soon. So far amazing service and caring employees. :
