Dunkin' - Huntsville

This restaurant is quite disappointing. The staff, particularly Shai, are consistently rude. I've encountered this attitude during most of my visits. During my latest experience, my drink was not only incorrect but also unpleasant. My sandwich was burned and tasted soggy, as if it had been microwaved. I ended up throwing away everything I purchased because it was inedible. I really wish there was a Starbucks in its place.

The staff at this Dunkin' location are some of the nicest and happiest people I’ve encountered in Huntsville so far. After all the Dunkin' locations in Utah closed down about two years ago, I was thrilled to find four of them nearby when I moved here 18 months later. Out of the three that I’ve visited, this one stands out as the friendliest, and they consistently do an excellent job with the coffee! I've ordered from here four times since relocating (usually I make my lattes at home on my lever espresso machine), and each experience has been fantastic. Unlike most other coffee chains (even other Dunkin' locations), they have always steamed my milk perfectly! Many other shops tend to scald the milk, which not only affects the taste but can also burn my mouth. This team really knows how to get the temperature just right!

My wife really enjoys their iced coffee. They tend to be out of a few items almost every time we visit, but the staff is polite and generally does a good job.

Now this location says they will not be making the French Crulers???? When I asked why, the rep says 'I don 't know They just tell me (rep) not going to make them for awhile!! unbelievable!!! I ckd one star and that was pushing it. I 'm calling corp as I do t want to see it close. Need new mgmt!!!

DD coffee is my favorite but I will have to buy it for home from this point, because I just went through this drive thru for a coffee with cream and I was told there was NO CREAM! NO CREAM at a coffee place? Going to annoy a lot of people. Always feel like I'm bothering the woman that works the early shift, also.
