Burger King - Huntsville

Waited in the drive thru line for 35 minutes with only 4 cars in front. I left when someone with a headset came outside to smoke. Smh

I spent $36 on a pickup order at this location via the Burger King app. When I went through the drive-thru to pick it up, I was informed that over 50% of the items in my order were unavailable. They were out of fries, ice cream, Coca-Cola, fruit punch, chicken nuggets, and at least one other item I can't remember at the moment.Whomever is in charge of ordering should be proud, as it takes talent to fail that badly. Needless to say, I cancelled the order. Now I get to experience the joy that comes with waiting a week or two for refund processing.You would think that the app would be sophisticated enough to prevent orders of items that are currently out of stock, however that's not the case at all.Thanks Burger King!

Staff was nice but the original chicken sandwiches were both burned. Thought about going inside to say something but was afraid to be late for a meeting. Otherwise a good experience. Nicest fast food/drive-thru staff I've encountered at any fast food location (except Chick-fil-A in a year or so; she even punched the top if the sodas to distinguish the root beer from the diet coke (who does that anymore?! . It was a female who spoke kind of fast (at least to us Southerners it was fast! . Thank you!!

Charged me a dollar for 3 zesty sauces for my fries. Repugnant.

Don't do it. This BK location needs to either fire everyone and hire or transfer management to rebuild a team or just close this location all together. From the employees to the GM is just terrible. They don't care at all. Last time I went they only had two cars ahead of me and nobody ever did even take my order at the speaker and I sat for about 30 mins. That is the longest I have sat there , however, it's common that they do this. Time before last visit , I sat 5-7 mins and finally someone responded to me. They don't even bother telling you to hold they just don't say anything. It's just terrible and sad how this is becoming the standard in our fast food industry here.
