They are always slow,not respectful,always gets my order wrongThey don’t pay attention to what you order.

I ordered the new Carmel cold brew and it was amazing!!!

This place will put nasty slimy black plastics in your coffee. Then if you try and ask for them to fix the problem and remake your coffee, they will scream in your face, accuse you of lying, and never give you any coffee or a refund. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had.I was not treated with any sort of respect or kindness. It’s not like my coffee from here is usually good and I try to avoid it, but now I will never come here again. I don’t reccomend coming here for your coffee unless you want to drink toxic plastics and get harassed by the employees.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My friends and I found black plastic things in our drinks. super unsafe. we told the managers, just to let them know that their coffee is unsafe. All the managers did was yell in my friends and I faces. They do not care about their customers one bit.

This is the worst dunkin I’ve ever visited. I found pieces of the plastic bag in my coffee and when I visited the Dunkin the employees were extremely rude and yelled at me for asking for free coffee after drinking a contaminated coffee. The customer service was terrible, they always forget parts of my order, and my coffee never tastes quite right. I wouldn’t recommend ever going here unless you want to drink plastic and get yelled at
