Prime: An American Kitchen Huntington Ny

Prime went beyond our expectations! The atmosphere, service, wait staff, and food were all exceptional. We were truly impressed and can't wait to return soon!

Everything was fantastic! I have just one suggestion: please bring back the giant baked potato!!!

We were celebrating our friends' wedding, and they absolutely loved their meal. Everything we ordered was delicious! We had a variety of dishes including dumplings, oysters, caramelized figs, bread with truffle butter, steaks, fish, glazed chicken, Brussels sprouts, lobster mac and cheese, and we topped it all off with the delightful Briarmere pie for dessert. There wasn't a single weak dish among them. Prime is an excellent choice for a special occasion, and our table also had a fantastic view of the water.

Everything was outstanding! Made our daughters birthday celebration very special.

Food and atmosphere was great. Service was not. Our waiter gave us the bare minimum and we only saw him once during the duration of our meal. When I did need something, I had to ask for it several times. We were there during the late afternoon When there was only one other table dining, so it was extremely disappointing that we have the experience we did. We do not live close to this restaurant but we travel there for the usually stellar service but will likely no longer continue to do so.
