Food was awesome here! Had the enchilada Mixtas! The margaritas were really good and strong. My wife had the faults and fish tacos. Make reservations it can get packed here. There is street parking but it gets packed quickly, park a few blocks away for free parking and walk off the food!

Really wanted to like this place and generally did but there's room for improvement. The services and atmosphere were great. Looked like a place that would make sense in NYC or Astoria. Drinks and food could have been better. Cocktail list was limited to tequila based drinks and while I understand I'm in a Mexican restaurant, some other options would have been nice. I ordered a watermelon margarita which was delivered in a tall boy glass and didn't have a straw. It made it really difficult to drink the drink because of all the ice and garnish. A straw would have really helped. We ordered the octopus appetizer which wasn't that good. I'm a bit of an octopus snob and I could tell this octopus either wasn't fresh or was just overcooked. Also ordered the skirt steak as my main. It was pretty tough and had me questioning whether it was actually skirt steak. Beyond that all the other food was great. Mixed feelings about the place not sure if I'll be back but I generally enjoyed it and wish it could be a little better.
