In a city plagued by tacos and bad fast food, it’s refreshing to have a little food diversity. Asian food in Huntington Park is mediocre at best. So yes please all u dope Asian spots in the 626 come over : . The food itself is excellent with tasty sides to compliment. the restaurant itself is a modern with good aesthetics. I’m glad Hoang set up shop here in a city that needs authentic, hip and good restaurants like this. I’ll be a regular for sure.

Little hole in the wall Vietnamese sandwich (Banh Mi) place. They have vegan and vegetarian options. Sandwiches are good and prices are reasonable. Ordered: lemongrass chicken sandwich, Roasted Pork Sandwich Fried egg Sandwich. All were good! They accept Google/Apple/Samsung pay.

Carnitas banh mi...perfect blend of Vietnamese and east LA carnitas yumminess in a soft toasted baguette. Tried the fermented roasted garlic mayo on the house...took the sandwich to the next level. And the best shrimp chips!!!! #smallthanks #banhmi

For many years I thought that Capriotti had the best Philly Cheese steak sandwiches, but this one is quickly becoming my favorite one. The mustard they use has a great flavor, I don't even like mustard really, and they add a ton of meat with jalapenos, everything is fresh. The combo with the Vietnamese Ice coffee is perfect in between work and school.
