Starbucks - Huntington Park

I came tonight and went through the drive thru to buy 2 drinks and I ordered with no ice and the cashier told me that it is 1 dollar extra for the no ice in the cup and I was shocked because how are they going to charge me extra because I don't want ice, this is the first time someone has told me that and it seems like such an absurd and stupid thing to me and what they did with my drink, adding extra ice without asking for it, woo, they have bad customer service, they should train them more and the management should pay attention how your employees work

I went this past Weekend on Saturday. Feb 17, 2024 the young ladies working the cashier and brewing the coffees/teas were super nice. The young lady who rang me up was super sweet. I had the strawberry acia with lemonade and the Pink drink venti. Would definitely recommend and most likely re ordering the same drinks. Thanks again who ever worked that shift the Saturday morning ?

My sandwich was hard and burned..my drink was so white it was not even coffee.... I payed 12$ for this..

EVERYTIME I go this damn starbucks there’s always this employee/worker with an attitude. she works in cashier and dayum she doesn’t even smile even when you talk to her politely with manners.. it’s annoying and i will NOT be coming to this
