Chipotle Mexican Grill

It used to be my favorite spot, especially since it was my first experience with Chipotle. However, I can't stress enough how much I advise you to avoid this location in South Gate. A few weeks ago, I ordered through Uber Eats, and they forgot my guacamole, which I had paid for, as well as the signature queso in my burrito. I was eager to try it again, so I decided to visit on a Saturday afternoon. While the customer service was decent, the way my burrito was put together was just awful. It completely fell apart, and my friend's quesadilla was a disaster too. The overall experience during checkout sealed the deal for me. I really recommend that you avoid this place!

I placed an order for online pickup, but after waiting 20 minutes past the expected pickup time, a staff member informed me that my order wasn't ready. After another 10 minutes, I decided to check on my order again, only to be told it had been there the whole time. Unfortunately, by then, my food was cold, and I ended up waiting for a total of 30 minutes.

Not everything was great about the food. I visited on August 3rd, 2022 and spent $29 for two meals, one steak and one chicken. The quality of the main dishes was disappointing.

Mr. Daniel, that was my checkout was absolutely wonderful way had nothing but good energy in this place and the food was absolutely delicious and very clean and very fast will come back.

I luv this place but I DO NOT eat onion nd only thing I Hate about Chipotle is they put onion in Everything that is amazing like the guac nd corn!! I luv avocado but u see wut I have to do to enjoy it.. ; ?
