If I could give them zero stars, I would. They said they couldn't give me an additional ranch of the 1 that they gave me because they are limited to giving 1 ranch per customer. Isn't it like me? m asks something free or it is not that it comes from her paycheck. I even offered to pay for extra ranch and they said no.

Was given wrong order. Didn?t trust them not to give me the same order by just tossing the bacon out; was given western cheeseburger with bacon when i ordered a beyond meat bbq cheeseburger. Refund was no problem but when i arrived back at carls, I thought, ?I should of just gone home.? I wasted costly gas because i was given the wrong order.

What just happened, I ordered the 11th, chicken combo, but the waiter gave me bacon beef burger, I ordered deit coke, and gave me sweet soda. I have diabetes. The waiter told me cash only, and no receipt.

No bueno. Food was okay. Service not so much, no napkins, no straws out, no ketchup packets to go, finished eating and no trash can or bag to throw our stuff; so had to leave it on top of the bin...the employees busy hanging out.

Horrible service . I ordered 3 taquitos . I didn?t expect my tacos to float in all this lettuce . What is this? Total disrespect . I asked puppy face for hot sauce , she only gave me 2 mofos. Tff I will email corporate about this . Y?all need to start providing customers with respect and a pleasant meal .
