Taqueria Don Victor - Huntington Beach

I went in and went out. It's expensive I didn't even bother. I went to really great Mexican restaurants, but if their prices so you are better going to Acapulco restaurants or El Torito. And the place looks like they don't care very much. Drop the prices you're not worth.

Earlier I came to this restaurant 6 years ago, when place was smaller, now the layout is diferrent and bigger, there is no one who welcomes you to the table, There is no one who supervises waiters, nor how to speed up the food on the tables The food is still good

Cost-effective, poor service, please a tampiqueña and they gave me chips with salsa and meat really salty. Worst place.

Where should I start? The food is delicious and perfectly seasoned. They offer a wide selection of Mexican dishes that you would normally not see on a smaller menu, that was huge for me! Many times you can only find that these dishes are made at home when cook abuelita (Grandma). This is the tempting factor. The only drawbacks are that it's very hot in here! No. Prices are expensive. And if you have a special request, you will almost always be filled with an intelligent aleck or rude remark. This is regrettable because these are the people who make your business flourish. Don Juan bajele de huevos. Otherwise it is a delicious place to eat.

Food was really really good. Been coming here for over 15 years, but first time in a least two due to where I live now. Looks like they opened up the place and have larger dining which was nice. Menu hasn?t changed but Covid rules basically make it a take out restaurant with the option to sit down if you dare. They are known for their borrego or lamb and it did not disappoint. May seem pricy, but the large was enough for two with leftovers. Probably the best I?ve had. Also tried their menudo to go, which was really good with tons of meat but not the best I?ve had. Finally tried a few tacos, carnitas, buche and boreego and they were huge. Made with homemade tortillas which make everything better. Service can be hit and miss, but was great on this occasion which is why I can give them 5 stars.
