Papa Johns Pizza - Huntington Beach

Dave was great gave me everything I needed plate's cheese napkin's and pepper's a complete deal from start to finish thanks guy'

Perfect pizza and excellent customer service from Antoine. Had some not so perfect orders in the past, but have been assured they are working their hardest to improve ? I recommend you try out a pizza from here, and see what you think ?

On more than one occasion it's taken longer than an hour for delivery. Terrible service. They'll have an estimated delivery time, make sure to add an extra 30-40 minutes for an ACTUAL accurate delivery time. Marinara sauce that I usually get with the bread twists always tastes spoiled. If I could add a no stars I would!

This location is very bad in customer service. We brought in couples that support la Quinta high school water polo which it said to honor at papa johns in Orange County. But the sale person at this location said they do not honor that which is papa johns pizza in general gave false advertisement. Especially this location in Huntington Beach

I can definitely see why this place only has 2 stars... my boyfriend i ordered pizza through delivery earlier had the most ridiculous experience.we ordered a 3 topping with pepperoni, olives, onion. when we initially got the pizza, we noticed that there were no pepperonis on like we had asked for. so my boyfriend goes back out to talk to the driver, this guy tries to tell my boyfriend that there are pepperonis underneath the cheese. like what? seriously? i used to work at a pizza place have never once done that before. to make up for it, the driver tells us that we can have that pizza for free. at this point we 're thinkin ' hell yeah, free pizza. but we do still want a pizza that 's actually correct bc we paid for it. so then the delivery driver tells us that he 's gonna drive back get us our pizza. sweet.eventually the driver does come back, but this time it 's a different guy. he asks us to bring down the pizza show him, i guess as proof or whatever. he tries to claim that it 's bc he wants to show his boss or whoever what 's wrong with it. we try telling him what the previous driver said about us getting to keep it how we 've already started eating it don 't want to give it back, but he insists that we have to give it back to him. don 't understand why he couldn 't have just taken a picture unless he wanted to keep it for himself to inhale it as soon as we were gone. this delivery driver also said that we would be refunded. however, he never actually gives him the money back. so my boyfriend is like hey, where is my money? you told me you would give me a refund the driver, absolutely not understanding, is like if i give you the money back, then i have to take the pizza too. i 'm just like wtf are you talking about? do you not understand how a refund works? the delivery driver also took it back a second time, when we got it back (again), it looked like someone had torn through it just to find the pepperonis prove that they were there, like they were upset it was somehow our fault for not being able to find them, even though literally nobody makes pizza that way. we did eventually get the pizza we wanted, but by the end of it we kinda didn 't want it anymore. i think the only reason we ate it is bc of how hungry we were much trouble it was to get it. i like Papa John 's i will continue to support you guys, but i am never ordering from this particular location ever again.
