Carl's Jr. - Huntington Beach

I visited this restaurant at 11:22 PM on November 24, 2022. The tall white woman who took my order was incredibly rude. She interrupted me before I could finish my order and continued to be unwelcoming during the entire transaction, even when she handed me my bag, which only contained one item and no napkins. This will definitely be my last visit. This location also seems to close early quite often. It would be great if they could hire staff who actually want to work.

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. There is an employee who is quite unpleasant; they often yell at customers, have a negative attitude, and seem unstable. The overall experience could significantly improve if this person were let go.

The service was very rude and unprofessional, and I had trouble understanding what the two women working there were saying. The French fries were small and overcooked, the hamburgers were lukewarm, and the zucchini was far from enjoyable. I won’t be returning to this location.

The cashier was very rude, i ask for my order and all of the sudden he or she start screaming at me in front of my kids. It was a tall guy with a girl voice. I dont really know if its a guy or girl. But i wont never come back there.

I used to come here often, but I stopped because there was a girl who consistently treated me rudely, calling me "Misty." I had a rough day today and thought a visit might lift my spirits, but she made me feel like I was worth less than nothing, which only made my day worse. I definitely won't be returning, and I will tell my friends not to come here either.
