Carl's Jr. - Huntington Beach

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They charged my debit card twice for the same purchase. When I spoke to the manager about it, she casually said it would resolve itself. I ended up having to call my bank to dispute the charge, which was a big hassle. The staff seemed poorly trained and distracted by the drive-thru orders. Although this Carl's is nearby, I will definitely be avoiding it in the future due to the poor management, especially after I brought the issue to their attention.

I ordered the crispy onion rings but received cold, soggy ones instead. The BIG Carl burger was too messy to eat. Considering it's fast food, I expect better quality for the price. It should always be good! When it comes to crispy onion rings, Jack in the Box is the best!

This location consistently falls short of expectations. They never seem to have enough staff on hand. Whenever I visit around dinner time (between 6 and 8 PM), there's usually just one person at the register and drive-thru speaker, along with two people cooking and assembling orders. As a result, the dining area is rarely cleaned. I've frequently received cold fries from here, and everything just takes an incredibly long time. They really need to hire more staff and stop cutting corners.

This place is horrible. I waited in the drive through for almost mins. Online and looking at the store it is open. But yet the doors are locked and the people are making sure to not make eye contact. Horrible service.
