I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I ordered a medium hand-tossed pizza with half jalapeño and half cheese for carryout, but when I picked it up, I found it was a pan stuffed crust instead. The owner was rude and insisted that I had requested the pan crust, despite my certainty that I had not. Additionally, the jalapeños covered about 80% of the pizza, making it unbalanced. On top of that, the pizza was floppy and excessively cheesy. I used to be a regular customer, but I won’t be returning. It really isn't that great. Service: Takeout.
