Panda Express - Huntersville

I had a great experience at Panda Express. They were prepared for Covid with a remote ordering system and a preset menu. They were fast in taking my order, although they had some issues with cash transactions. However, they accepted other forms of payment easily. The food was delicious, hot, and quickly prepared.

Don't be discouraged by the 4-star rating, as no restaurant is ever perfect, whether it's fast food or a nicer establishment. I have found that the entrees at PE's are quite good and the quality of the meat is higher compared to other Chinese restaurants. I particularly enjoy pairing my entree with half rice and super greens. However, there are a couple of downsides. Firstly, their egg rolls tend to be on the mushy side, so I tend to avoid ordering those. Secondly, if you prefer crunchy vegetables, be cautious as they may become somewhat soggy if the entrees have been sitting out for too long. Luckily, I haven't experienced this issue during our lunch visits. The staff is friendly and the restaurant appears clean based on my observations.

The food was hot, fresh, and delicious at this mall-style Chinese cuisine restaurant. However, I am unable to give them 5 stars because my order was not ready on time. I placed my order through their app for pickup and was given a pickup time approximately 20 minutes later. When I arrived at the restaurant after waiting 10 minutes, my order was not even started yet. This was disappointing, but once the food was finally ready, it was hot and fresh.

I tried the orange crispy chicken and black pepper chicken with chow mein. The vegetable spring roll was fantastic! The service was quick and efficient with no wait time. They offer different plate sizes (bowl, plate, and I think a larger plate) with choices for the number of servings and sides. They also have a variety of soft drinks available.
