Moe's Southwest Grill - Huntersville

The service was quite disappointing, but the food was enjoyable. The person who prepared my bowl did an excellent job. However, when I went to pay, Kaylee seemed more interested in snacking on chips than in helping me with my checkout. It's better to eat in the back rather than at the register. Shaking my head at this experience!

The staff was rude, the restaurant was dirty. I ordered a chicken homewrecker burrito, the person behind the counter put three pieces of chicken on my burrito, and when I asked him to put more, he said it would be extra turns out, for anything more than three small cubes of chicken, it's $3. They also charged me $3 for queso inside the burrito, and only filled my cup of queso up halfway. The woman at the register was unreasonable when I explained what had happened, and so for a relatively small burrito, I had to pay $22. Absolutely ridiculous, and very disappointing.

Thank You! A huge thank you to Moe's fr providing lunch for my staff on World Teacher's Day! The staff truly enjoyed the lunch as was able to help themselves to second's and even thirds! The young lady who helped me carry al the boxes to my car had the best upbeat personality and smile to match. I do not remember her name but she was super sweet. Thanks again Moe's!!!

I live in the community behind this Moes and stop by a lot. The past two years have been a little rough at this location, I’ve noticed a lot of management turnover but I’ve been going to Moes for more than 12 years so I kept coming back. Today the crew was great, the line looked very clean and everything looked fresh. The lobby did not have one dirty table and the salsa bar was stocked. Hope the new management can keep this up! I love Moes and am happy to see this store turning around.

My wife picked up lunch today 9/27/22 the rice was not done to the point where it was almost crunching. Straight to the trash it went.
