We had a wellness day at the Natura Spa. Followed by Afternoon Tea. The presentation and quality of the food was amazing. We had to bring some cake home! Processo was so good that we had to ask what it was. The environment and the staff are simply beautiful, we will go back defo Thank you

The meal was good and cheap. We had beef and lamb. General help, well cooked and very tasty. The staff was good. It was very amusing to comply with customer requirements as below. What was disappointing was: a) no cocktails available, not even non-alcoholic b) no pimms although appearing on the beverage menu. Only available for events, so please take it from the menu for ordinary customers. c) not able to add a blob cream on an icey coffee.

Wonderful food and ambience! All dishes were beautifully prepared and full of taste. Service was on site and staff very friendly. We'll try tea again.

I had great expectations but was disappointed by being served luke warm food. To be fair they replaced my lunch with a hot plate of food. I felt the portions were rather small but tasty. We ordered dessert and coffee and the coffee was served before the desserts so coffee was cold by the time we were ready to drink them. They also were replaced with hot coffee. Sadly, altogether not the most pleasant or relaxing experience.

The food was excellent as was the lady who served us. We went on a Thursday evening and it was very quiet. A beautiful setting in the Berkshire countryside we would definitely go again
