Pizza Hut - Humboldt

Already closed down! That says it all... The cleanliness was poor, there were no staff present, and the food was not good at all. We won't miss this place!

They really need some assistance. I ordered a large pan pizza to go, and it was extremely greasy—so much so that it soaked through the cardboard. The crust was very thick with a rolled edge, and the onions were thinly sliced red onions, not yellow, which was disappointing. This was not a true pan pizza. I feel like they've lost their way. We drove 7 miles for this, and since we're new to the neighborhood, we won’t be returning.

We may have arrived a bit late, but the pizza was cold, the salad bar had large chunks of lettuce, the cucumbers were soggy, and the breadsticks were as hard as a rock!

The cleanliness of this place is consistently poor. Half of the dining area is often cluttered with employees’ food, drinks, jackets, and I even spotted a blanket on the floor last night. Online orders are rarely ready at the estimated time, so don't hurry to pick them up. I've lost count of how many times I've returned home with the wrong pizzas, so make sure to check your order before leaving. The staff lacks professionalism in their behavior, language, and attitudes. We really appreciate the Pizza Hut brand, but this location is in dire need of better management and oversight.
