Jack In The Box - Humble

First time i ordered food took over 20 minutes. second time, i order a value fry and churros and waited over another 15 minutes, and after asking what happened to my order they had completely managed to lose my order, and give me the wrong fries after even asking if they could be curly. my receipt even said curly. there wasn’t anyone in the dining room or in the drive thru so i wish i could give benefit of the doubt but i can’t. i hope things get better

I feel like this is the only jack in the box location that I’ve been to where the food actually tastes fresh and the employees are nice.

Paid for milkshakes then told me they didn't have any. Still haven't been refunded after weeks of calling waiting.
