Hartz Chicken Buffet - Humble

The dinning area was closed....must eat in the car. last month the dinning area was open.

Hot,juicy,tender with a great crunchy batter. Never greasy like some other establishments. Best buffet going as well.

Stay away...cold tastless food..GREASY FOOD..they wont putChicken out either..you have yo ask for it and they make you wait for it.Or they tell you yo eat yhe cold chicken thats out there

Made my food wrong and when I wen back up there to get it fixed the person in the drive Thur had a attitude and going to ask me what you wanna do about it

First, even with the senior discount, it was the most expensive Hartz buffet I ever had. They had no meat on the buffet when we arrived there. We always had to ask them for meat. You would bring out six pieces of roasted chicken and then you had to wait for more. We asked for hot wings three times and 45 minutes later got fried wings without hot sauce. Then we had to wait for hot sauce. I'll never go to this place again. Two people came back to get orders while we eat. Both because they were not packed with the wrong amount. The cook has a good work with taste, it is just a buffet is usually filled with a variety of things to eat and this had no chicken until you asked. I was very disappointed with this place. This makes two locations in Humble that I won't see again. It is really worth the ride to LaMarque for the best Hartz buffet ever. I'll do the next time or try it again in Alvin. The Houston have a bad customer service, no options and are really not worth the higher prices. I tried the last month in Baytown. That was very good. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. My favourite is liver and gizzards with lots of cream engraving above. Southern comfort food best.
