I Love Genghis Grill but this specific location was not so great, the chief was constantly messing up orders, my bowl was over cooked and employees were sitting down on their phones. Thanks to Sidney who was the only employee who showed she cared I over heard her telling her colleagues to do better for another mess up, she apologized to me and was very attentive but I was uncomfortable with the Gangster handshake ?After speaking with the manager Stacey H who was just sitting in a corner joking she shrugged her shoulders, it was unprofessional from a business standpoint.

First time at their place and Nick was awesome! I sat down the whole time and watch this gentleman clean, bust tables, check on customers while the others did nothing. He was so nice made me an my mom feel welcome! This gentleman deserves a raise and whatever other blessing, I haven’t seen such great customer service like that in years! Nick made my day and the food was delicious! Way to go buddy I hope you go far!

So I decided to come here for my birthday and get some lunch to go. I have a wonderful time when I come to this location. Nicc was my server at the bar and he was just amazing. He gave me a great birthday experience I must say. I will definitely be coming back.Food: 5/5

Anson was my waiter on Sunday, He was phenomenal. He greeted us. And introduced himself as we were seated. Anson made sure our table was clean before we were seated. He was very professional and kept my glass of water filled. I never had to ask him. Best service I have gotten from this establishment. Me and my wife hope he serves us again when we dine in.
