Bidrage med feedbackWe were very disappointed with the service. My wife and I love fireworks, but there was no excitement this time. Usually, when we go out for a meal, it feels like a special treat, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case this time. It took 30 minutes to get two sandwiches, even though there were hardly any customers when we arrived.
At 6:30 a.m., I was told my order would take 15 minutes. No problem—however, by 7:04 p.m., I was still waiting and informed it would be another 10 minutes. I noticed about 10 other people who arrived after us, and they left after not even being greeted by the staff. It took a while to obtain the franchise owner's name and phone number, but I got no response. When I requested a refund, the staff attempted to short-change me and didn't refund the exact amount. Eventually, I received my full refund without having to escalate the situation.
Ordered 2 sub-combos, not too much. There were 2 employees. It was obvious that they were short employees, but did not provide any explanation or excuse for the 30-minute waiting period. The Re were several people waiting in the dining area. You had ordered pizza from next door and ate in the Firehouse. I get short staff, but at least let your customers know and show some modicum of concern.
Slow service. The Steak n-Käse-Sub for the first time expects fresh steak with hot vegetables and cheese and received a cold Soggy-Brot version.
The food is always the same, and it?s pretty good. If you haven?t been, give it a try. The reason I gave it 2 stars the girls working the counter on 27 November 2021 at 10:45 am were completely lackluster. I was greeted with a dirty look by a young black girl that didn?t even say hello. After taking my order she walked away. I asked for my drink cup and she sighed like I was bothering her; she lazily pointed at a stack of cups on the other side of the counter. Once my sandwich was prepared, she mumbled something and put it up on the counter she walked away again. If this young lady worked for me, she would have her behavior adjusted quickly, or have to move on. Bad customer service can wreck and ruin a business. Good customer service is talked about often because it?s not the norm anymore (which is sad). Go get a good sandwich from here they support good causes. DON?T go during the time mentioned above unless you like bad service.
