We had the lobster tail last night! It was amazing! I love this place! The service is second to none! The hostess and our waiter treated us great! I always make it a point to eat here when I'm in Ottawa!

Absolutely delicious as always! The steaks are always cooked to perfection! The sautéed mushrooms are a must. The sweet potato fries are amazing! My favourite place to eat. Albert Street is the best location! The staff is amazing and always polite and courteous. Parking is free! Worth the wait time

I have visited this restaurant chain about 5 times. A friend in Ottawa recommended their ribs to me during a business trip last year, and I always try to stop in whenever I am in town. Tonight, I arrived in the city with my family for a leisure trip, and I was eager to share the experience of dining at this restaurant with them. The location on Albert St was our destination around 7PM, and we needed a table for 6 people. The hostess mentioned that we could have a table, but we had to be finished by 9:30. Initially, I misunderstood and thought she said we could have a table at 9:30, so we happily accepted the table. However, our server immediately reminded us about the time limit, which made us feel rushed and unwelcome. When two of our party members were a few minutes late, I started to feel anxious about the deadline. I requested a table where we wouldn't be rushed. Eventually, the owner of the restaurant approached our table, apologized for the confusion, and offered us the table with no time limit. He even comped $50 off our meal as a gesture of goodwill. Despite the initial confusion, we had a pleasant dining experience and enjoyed the great food that this restaurant is known for. I highly recommend giving this place a try, and definitely don't forget to try the ribs!

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is delicious and the service is efficient and professional. I had a delicious cowboy steak last night topped with melted blue cheese. I will definitely be returning to this place.

While I often use reviews to highlight negative experiences, I also believe in sharing positive ones. My family and I recently had a great dining experience at this restaurant. Our server, Cassandra, provided excellent service and the food was delicious. Thanks to this visit, I will definitely be returning soon, as it had been months since my last visit.
