Humber Dock Grill - Hull

Eat is delicious and quantities are good. but the service can be improved and toilets need cleaning and maintenance.

After visiting Sunday for a drink with my GF, I have to say I won 't be back anytime soon after receiving some of the worst service I 've ever experienced. I asked the girl behind the bar if they had a particular drink to which i received a blank emotionless 'No ', so I quickly ordered something else, I then asked for a glass of wine to which she replied in an ignorant blunt and emotionless tone.. 'medium or large ', both instances made me and my gf uncomfortable and awkward...after ordering, the barmaid sorted our drinks, which seemed like a massive effort for her considering the place was practically empty inside anyway, she just stuck the card machine on the bar and walked off to get the wine from the fridge. I paid for the drinks, as she came back she grabbed the card machine and stuck the wine on the bar and walked off...no thank yous or anything, the most ignorant service I 've ever experienced. I suggest you train your staff in customer service and teach them how to deal with customers, if they don 't like dealing with people then maybe they shouldn 't be in a job where they..you know....meet people!

What a petty organisation, employing a jobsworth security guard to stop people sitting down and enjoying the street food festival. Bearing in mind we had actually bought drinks from this establishment. No wonder it gets poor reviews, Minerva it is then.

3 small peices of chicken and sirloin for £18.50. Chips came salt and pepper when not requested? Food made me ill it ALL came back UP. Service from young lad was terrible. Served food but got cutlery 5 mins later? Had to re ask for things such as a glass an ice for a bottle of cider? CHECK MY REVIEWS I HATE GIVING BAD REVIEWS AS IT CAN BE DAMAGING, but this place damaged me and spoilt the night it took me 3 hours to travel too.

Went for a nice drink In the sunshine today! Felt like walking out and not even having my pint! Rude staff just because I look under 18 but I had my ID to prove I was over 18. Will not be returning
