Walmart Supercenter - Hugo

Exorbitant grocery prices, inflation not withstanding (no competition). Store is poorly stocked. Security lights in parking area on west side of store are inoperative, creating a customer safety problem.

Needs more checkers, not all people like to use self checkers

Never criticize an employee in front of customers. Brendon deserves an apology, and the managers should be held accountable.

The aisles were labeled incorrectly regarding their contents. I tried to purchase ice at the self-checkout, but they were out of stock. I then had to go to customer service to get a refund for the ice.

Shopping at Walmart has turned into a dreadful experience. I used to enjoy visiting, but now I'd prefer to go through labor than step foot inside.
