Huddle House - Hueytown

I absolutely love dining at Huddle House in Hueytown. The waitress, Jace, is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the overall experience very pleasant. The food is always fresh and delicious, I would give it a 5 out of 5 rating.

Paige, Jace, and Shaquel were amazing! Quick and courteous service with good conversation in between created a warm environment that anyone would love to be in. Special shout out to Paige for having a great first day on the job!Food: 5/5

I waited for five minutes before being acknowledged and was not offered any drinks until I placed my order. The waitress seemed distracted and did not pay attention to our questions when we ordered. I had to ask about a menu item twice, but instead of answering, she just added it to my order. Overall, the service was rated 1 out of 5.

I go to this location often. There is this one associate in particular that is just awesome. Her name is Claudia. She greets me at the door like an old friend. She remembers my preferences and off by chance an order is not correct, she fixes it quickly. It seems the whole restaurant runs more efficiently when she is there (just trust me on that statement).. The other staff members are friendly and the young cook )I can’t recall his name) will even joke with me if he has time. I just want to let you know that Claudia’s smile, hugs and pleasant attitude is what keeps us going back as often as we do!

I love the food and the service is great! The food is delicious and the conversation is outstanding.
