Captain D's - Hueytown

The staff is not very knowledgeable and I have never seen a manager there. But a guy in the kitchen is proud of his work, even if it's not the best, and will be able to you anyway. I mean, it's Fast Food Seafood, so for what it is, its decent.

Excellent customer service, from the front of the house to the floating over hot ovens in the back! Outstanding food, servings, gave everything directly to the sauces in our carryout order! As new in Alabama, we just found our favorite local restaurant!

I gave 4 stars because I waited for about 30 minutes. At the reference it seemed only 2 cars before me. Nevertheless, the food was hot and well prepared and my order was right.

The new Captain D 's I have visited six times since the reopening and have only good things to say. I have to wait for an extremely long time (two times) on the drive-thru, but I know it was due to the shortage of workers (but I can understand that). Thank you, Captain D's Hang In There!!

First time I've been back since they rebuilt the store and it's very nice. The girl at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. The guys in the back were doing a good job to keep up with the number of orders that were coming in. My food was great (I highly recommend the Blackened Talapia) and the sweet tea is always good. Yall keep up the good work. See you again.
