Excellent food and nice staff. Mostly a very young crowd. Two main courses and one side plus six beers were €13. Great value. Try the Ta Viet Beef. Had Porkchoy a Fab day sh of Bok Choy stir fried with pig. Yus

Very good and tasty food, we had goose breast and pork ribs, about 100k each, good portions, beer ~20k/bottle. Good ambiance hiphop rnb pop music, a bit loud but it's a pub. Sitting really bad. Serviced by teenagers.

Saturday night in Hue, these adjoining ‘Ta Vet’ pubs restaurants are definitely the place to be. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, quick service and clearly loved by locals. When our transfers were delayed, we thought to grab a dinner the following night because we so enjoyed the previous evening – though we’d encourage others to leave a little more time if planning to eat. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous and honest. (I imagine fear they may have encountered some less gracious foreigners because they go far out of their way to demonstrate their honesty, but) my our experience at the Tavet establishments was great. Definitely a good way to get amongst the locals for a fun night out. I encourage fellow tourists to treat the gracious staff with the respect they deserve.

The frog and pork belly was good. Never had fried frog with skin on so that was a bit interesting. Good spot for beer food and hang out.
