Little Caesars Pizza - Hudsonville

I ordered yesterday 9/3 at 5;30 took my order and money, then tell me my order will be 9/4 drive over there tomorrow, because it does not have the phone OOOPS SORRY WE ARE CLOSED. No, the OR. That's so...

This place has been closed a few times around 1230pm for pizza. Sign says open but door is locked. I saw a girl in there so I called and she said they arent open because she is the only one in the store. This store should close permanently if it cant find people to work. Waste of gas and time.

Friendly place, tends to be a little slow (possibly understaffed), the few times I've been to this location I had to wait (even for hot and readys). But wait times arnt horrible and it means then pizza is super fresh. Staff is always polite and the pizza is always on point.

The second shift manager has a major attitude problem. I ordered 2 extra most bestest and 2 crazy breads in the drive thru. The girl working the drive thru told me it is was going to be about 10 minutes and I could wait inside. I waited inside for 30 minutes just to be told they hadn?t made my pizzas yet meanwhile other people that ordered after me, whose pizzas also had to be made, received their pizzas before me, so I asked for a manager. The front counter girl went to get the manager and they proceeded to talk about me and why I could possibly want to speak to the manager.. then the manager walked up and said they were really busy and I said I understood but that other special orders came out before mine and I was frustrated. She then gave a snotty attitude and said they should be out in a couple minutes, they were just put in. Told me I could wait or she could refund me and I could leave. She refunded another person that was waiting and asked him to leave the store because he also said she had a bad attitude. I would love to speak with either a daytime manager or the franchise owner because the way this specific manager acted was ridiculous. I work in customer service and would never dream to talk to a customer the way she did. It?s been 45 minutes and still no pizza with 3 screaming kids in the car. Thanks little Caesar?s for sucking so bad.

The location is super convenient, but we constantly are getting awful crazy bread from this specific location. I honestly don 't understand how they can take this out of the oven and think yeah, this is adequate quality to sell . You definitely get what you pay for, but its pretty basic and there should be SOME quality standards. The attached pictures are from 2 different visits. One was a ball of bread and the other was burned, lacking ANY of the seasoning they put on the top, and some were paper thin.
