Once you place your order, you move to window #1, where you’re left waiting while they cram the cars behind you. Only after what feels like forever do they finally ask you to pay. It’s clear the staff is trying to manipulate the system to keep the wait time at window #2 down, which only adds to the annoyance. Additionally, I wish they would stop trying to solicit donations for their charity of the week. If I want to donate, I certainly wouldn't choose their causes. As for the food, it’s your standard Burger King fare—nothing special.
Told I had to wait five minutes for my fish. Great hot fresh fish. Wrong! I live six blocks away and had to microwave them because they were cold. Not the first time this happened.
Just walked in a 9:22 and the guy behind the grill says Are you fucking kidding me people? He was upset I came in... I asked if they were still open threw down some utensils and walked to the back... I walked out after this since I wasn't comfortable with this person making me food
I understand that times are tough due to COVID, but is it too much to ask for hot food? Or at least a friendly greeting when I pick up my order? This morning, the woman at the drive-thru window didn’t acknowledge me at all and didn’t even say hello when she handed me my food.
