LADIES!!! you were great!!! It's so refreshing to encounter employees who have excellent customer service skills! I.go to Dunkin's every single day. I can honestly say, my sandwich has been made the way I ask for it 2 times. And I'm in Dunkin's everyday. Either I'm given a soggy English muffin or jiggly pink bacon or both. Y'all really made my day!! It was my first time here,I live about an hour away, but I'll be sure to stop by next time I'm I. The area!

We love going to this Dunkin' to get donuts. This time we got the Halloween/Fall themed donuts. And, they were super cute and delicious! The employees here are always working nonstop and they work hard too. The drive thru line is long and crazy busy.But, they still take the time to be kind and nice to us when they take our order. We appreciate you guys!

It?s upsetting to wait in a long drive-thru lane and get served cold coffee when you ordered HOT. It was too late for me to circle back. So frustrating; I wasted my money. I want a refund! The person behind the window looked miserable.

Every time i go to this dunkin?s i order ahead. my drink is always ready but my food never is. very frustrating to have to ask.

Person(s) at drive-thru were not answering, in a rain storm, so I pulled around. They were terribly rude told me they were terribly busy, they 'll get to me when they can...for a mobile order that was already placed. All I needed was to make simplecontact to tell them that, but they were too busy . ????
