Domino's Pizza - Huber Ridge

The food is almost always messed up, but it is cheap, close to home, and the chicken habanero subs slap when they are made correctly (and actually have sauce on them).

Order was correct in the sense we got the items we ordered. Ordered curbside delivery, got there waited a very long time. The tracker updated to “completed” but our food never came. Had to call the store (my mistake for not wearing shoes), they said their system didn’t show us as being checked in, despite me staring at the text that showed us as checked in 30+ minutes ago. The employee finally located our order and agreed, reluctantly, to bring it out to us. Finally got the food, rushed home to feed hungry kids. Got home and the pizza how no sauce, hardly any toppings, boneless chicken wings were smaller than popcorn chicken, pasta was skimpy, but the brownie was good.

Came in for my order and they gave my wings to someone else so they had to make more now I have my other food getting cold waiting for wings and it took 30 minutes.

AWFUL!!!! First I ordered 2 pizzas and the wait wasn't bad but when my family and I started eating the food our daughter choked ON A HAIR!! Then I proceeded to call Dominos back and they said they'd remake the order. Okay I said that's fine and I appreciated it. This was at around 9:30 p.m. So I am sitting here waiting for the order to be delivered.. an hour passed called the store again at 10:30 p.m. or so and asked where my order was, the manager said the driver left 5 minutes ago with it. Okay great.. ANOTHER HOUR passed called the store AGAIN about 11:30 p.m. and the DRIVER answered the phone and said he was about to leave right now with the order and I simply asked if they can remake the food so it was fresh because it's been sitting there for 2 hours or so he said no it would take just as long for him to get back with other orders okay fine so we asked just bring it how it is can you just grab a 2 liter for the inconvenience and he said sure. That was end of conversation. So I'm sitting here waiting and waiting before I knew it I looked at the clock to see what time it was and it was 12:40 a.m. and they close at 1 a.m.!!!! I called them back again about 10 times or so before someone finally answered right when they closed at 1 a.m.!!! I asked the manager AGAIN where my order was because once again I've been waiting for over multiple hours waiting for my order to get redelivered and didn't understand why it was taking so long.. she simply said oh our driver didn't feel comfortable bringing us our remake order because of what was said over the phone!!! Okay we never said anything rude or disrespectful to the guy at all. We were polite about the situation even though we were extremely irritated. 4 hours waiting for our food that never left the building when they kept saying it was on the way!!!!! Very disappointing!!
