Bidrage med feedbackWell known spot for classic Beijing hotpot. Family oriented, with a waiting area replete with games and snacks! They catered to foreigners and found someone to explain in English, and serving staff walked us through the cooking process. Broths range from mild to wild in terms of spice, so something for everyone. To top it off, get this guy to throw your noodles around!
We have celebrated our 10th anniversary there great service, excellent food and a very pleasant ambience!
This place is my favorite hotpot restaurant in SF, and i think their meat and seafood are by far the freshest ive ever had for an all you can eat hot pot restaurant. Food is great, nothing to complain about. But it's more pricy compare to other hotpot places.
I used to live in Beijing and Haidilao was a family favourite so when back in town on business couldn't miss the chance to go back. Things have definitely got easier with an iPad based menu (English option available) and all the great food I remembered. We ordered 2 different broths a spicy and a mushroom then kept a steady flow of meat, veg and stuff to dunk and cook. Really fantastic. We ordered noodles with the amazing dancing noodle puller doing his thing at the table has to be seen to be believed. The service was excellent, clearly the staff are very well trained and work very hard to make sure you have a great experience. Only bad thing is they don't take western credit cards so make sure you bring cash or someone with a local bank card.
Have heard of Beijing's Haidiliao for the longest time and was eager to try. Definitely a great choice for group dinner. We ordered a variety of dishes of pork, chicken, beef, mushrooms, vegetables, and a lot more. Love the performance show which you get with the noodles similar to the one in Singapore. There is ALWAYS a long queue despite being a mega size restaurant so reservation recommended!
