Initially, he told me that the salad dressing was made with regular egg mayonnaise with honey, but I asked to see the container to make sure it was actually vegan soy mayonnaise without any dairy products. The food was really good, but after such a great experience, there was a flaw. The drink for the set menu was served in a disposable cup with a single-use straw - in 2020, who does that? Additionally, the plating of the food seemed uninspired compared to the rest of the fine culinary experience. It felt like they had to make a mistake just to avoid perfection. Other than being overpriced, they also sell various local products.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic. The sous chef kindly explained the menu to me in English, which was greatly appreciated. He even arranged for a taxi for me. The barbecue dish was particularly delicious.
The food is delicious! The restaurant has a great decor and the staff is friendly. They have a good selection of vegan options. My favorite dishes are the lasagna, pizza, and hot topped soy milk. This vegan restaurant has an extensive menu. Although expensive by Taiwan standards, the food is beautifully prepared and presented. The lasagne is delicious, although very cheesy while the pizza of good but not great. The set meals are a good option which come with soup, salad, a main, drink dessert. Overall this is an enjoyable vegan dining experience.

The set meal food was delicious, but there was a small issue with the drink being served in a disposable cup with a single-use straw. In 2020, this seems unnecessary and out of place for a fine dining experience. Despite this, the food was good but overpriced. They also had many Loving Hut products for sale.
