UPDATE: The owner responded claiming the manager came to our table 3 times and apologized. This did not happen the manager checked on another table next to us a number of times which is why we knew she was the manager. The table next to us also had a some issue with their order, which was resolved. The manager only cleared a dish off our table. To be clear the waitron, who was very sweet, came to our table and we asked if she had taken our food to a manager or chef. She said she had. I asked if they tasted the food and they had not. She did say they had taken the item off our bill. My spouse was excited to share this spot with me, as they had been a number of times. What a disappointment! Only the downpour kept us there longer than we would have cared to stay. 1. Several items on the menu were not available 2. My food order was wrong, and when the correct food came, it was bland and missing an ingredient (Chicken Schnitzel Burger was supposed to have avocado. SEE PIC None and no mention it was not available. They did not make us pay for it, but I would have refused. 3. My partner's food was also bland, only helped by condiments. 4. Instead of dealing with the dissatisfaction, the manager completely ignored/avoided us. Was it because we're a queer couple, a bi racial couple or both that we were ignored? (tables adjacent to ours got plenty of attention Conclusion: We won't be back.
