Bidrage med feedbackYesterday I went there at 3:00 and forgot my mask. I was told I could use my shirt. Wonderful. There were six children without masks. Tonight at 3:00, when there is NO ONE, they'll tell me to go. This shop sucks
I have to commend all of the workers. Yesterday I came here after a severe storm where I lost my power and water as did much if the surrounding area. Your store was so busy. Coffee was instantly running out and the line for the deli was almost out of the door. I have NEVER seen such an amazing staff in all my life!! No matter how busy they were they all kept up their smiles and positive attitudes. Coffee was being made as fast as possible. The deli staff reassured everyone that their food was coming even if it took a couple extra of minutes!! I want to thabk the staff at this Quick Check for keeping professional, calm and very positive!! You made my day from awful to very pleasant!! Great team!!
I would give 5 stars since I have no issues with this QuickChek except for the experience of getting gas in the morning. Many times I get gas on my way to work. Many times they have one attendant who has to pump the gas for 10 different cars. Why is there only one person working the morning rush? It is so stupid! Have more workers on! I felt so bad for the attendant because he was just doing his best and you could tell everyone in their cars were upset.
I have gotten some bad sandwiches but today is the last day I deal with that. The person making my breakfast sandwich spent more time talking than toasting my sandwich. She forgot to add extra porkroll instead of eggs so she just threw them on the sandwich after she toasted it so I got a nice combo of cold and lukewarm porkroll. The porkroll wasnt even on the sandwich when I opened it and the bread was soggy and squished. Did I mention I had to go into the store to find a gas attendant? I get that its 4:30 am, but sitting at a table playing with your phone is not a good look. Overall great experience, unfortunately I won't be coming back.
Mt daughter I were frequent flyers practically the entire summer stopping in almost daily after camp for a slushie a snack. 1 evening I needed milk for my tea the next morning which I 'd normally buy shoprite or walmart) The date on it was still a few days away but after I put it in my tea I could taste it was spoiled. I smelled sure enuf... since it 's on the way to camp, I brought the milk in I never usually return food let alone MILK) I brought it in to the young cashier guy who also sniffed it winced lol apologized said he had to call the manager over to issue a refund. I said no its ok I don 't want the money I just want to exchange it ho bk home to have my morning tea. Well, the manager lady came over acting as though I interrupted the Pope 's Christmas service.. SHE smelled the milk with a snotty attitude said this milks fine I don 't small anything! I said well then YOU keep it use it for your coffee/tea, whatever.. As she started to do a transaction on the register I politely said please, I don 't want to cause a big hassle I don 't want the money, just new milk she then scoffed gave me the brush off gesture stomped back into the stockroom. The cashier guy looked embarrassed said I 'm so sorry about that, hope u enjoy your tea n have a good rest of your day. I was really annoyed that a manager would treat a customer like that ESPECIALLY in a newly opened store. I complained about the incident on the stores website..or facebook.. 1 of them idk lol) the managers boss actually called me personally sincerely apologized offered me another free gal of milk a free sub, along with a refund. I declined the offer thanked him assured him that because of his actions we would continue shopping there! I gotta say too that every other time we 've been there the staff has been nothing but nice always asking if we needed any help.
