Excellent service, food was exceptional. Farmers Omelette was amazing! We'll be back while we're in town.

I only had breakfast at CCS, but I have to say it was fantastic—especially the Irish Omelette with a side of French Toast. The staff were the friendliest I've ever encountered. I recently moved to Howell, NJ from Florida, and the warm atmosphere felt just like the South. With over 20 years of experience managing bars and restaurants across the country, I’ve never come across such genuinely happy employees as I did this morning. Howell is fortunate to have this hidden gem, Colonial Coffee Shop, and I'm thrilled to be just a few minutes away. I will definitely be back and look forward to becoming a regular!

Delicious food, incredibly friendly staff, and outstanding value! This will definitely be a weekend staple. I can't wait to try their breakfast!

The restaurant is under new management as of early May, and I've noticed significant improvements. The food has become much better, the service is really friendly, and the decor has been updated and refreshed from its previous state. It's a fantastic spot for breakfast, brunch, or any time of day!
