Excellent Pho travels well. Calamari flavorful...too many onions and a small portion for price. Shrimp/pork rolls always delicious.

This restaurant offers genuine Vietnamese cuisine prepared and served by a Vietnamese family. Their quality is consistently outstanding, and we've tried a wide range of menu items. The Pho is the best I’ve ever tasted, and they simmer the broth for over 24 hours, making it not only delicious but also quite healthy. I highly recommend this place.

I've been coming here for many years and was thrilled when Bistro finally became available on DoorDash. I can't get enough of their A4 summer rolls with shrimp (Gỏi cuốn tôm), the V2 vermicelli with grilled pork and spring rolls (Bún Thịt Nướng Chả Giò), and the V7 vermicelli with spring rolls (three) (Bún chả giò). They're absolutely amazing, no joke!

I had Vietnamese food for the first time, and it exceeded my expectations! The pho was amazing and packed with flavor. The broken rice with grilled short ribs and a sunny-side-up egg was absolutely delicious—definitely a dish to rave about! The spring rolls were also quite tasty. I’ll be ordering again and again, and I can’t wait to try everything else on the menu!
