Sonic Drive-in - Howe

Paid almost $5 for a coffee and it was sour. I kept trying to drink it but it was just gross. Tasted old/expired. I told the lady at the drive thru and told her I was sorry and she told me that “she made it yesterday so it’s not sour” then gave me a hot plain small coffee when i paid $4.32 for a large iced coffee and kept trying to take back the sour one. Just disappointed that I wasted my money.

First off the female manager needs to brush her teeth and have simple hygiene I almost threw up when she went to hand me my food. When I got my food it was cold so I asked her to remake it for me and she refused saying she shouldn’t have to remake it if she just made it… I told her that it wasn’t fresh to me and she just didn’t care. I asked for the manager and when she told me she was the manager I didn’t have much hope so I just drove off.. I’ve heard from several people this place is awful I should have listened… can we bulldoze it down for something new?? Also she wouldn’t give me any of her bosses number super unprofessional

Seemed almost deserted. No music playing, no visuals of any people until a couple more cars pulled in. One full of 5 people and 5 dogs who got out to order in the middle picnic tables 5 ft in front of my vehicle. Would you care for a side of Furr to be added to your order ? ... he said tots, I heard Furr) waitress not too kind.. no smile.. just walks off. Looks through bags. Recall!! I need ketchup and napkins please and bring a mustard pack and some diced onions too because one of the coneys it wasn't put on the order. Jeez!! 1 waitress brought the condiments and another brought the onions and apologized. I decided to leave without the napkins. I wasn't asking again.Dietary restrictions: Love that I can get both sugar free soda with sugar free flavored add on flavors. Awesome.

Great service and Sonic food was delicious. I loved the Howie location so much ?
