New York Pizza Valkenburg

I recently placed an order at New York Pizza Valkenburg, which unfortunately could not be delivered due to snowfall. This was understandable. However, the aftermath of this situation has led to significant disappointment. I have been waiting for a refund for my order for three weeks now. Despite repeated contact from me, each time being assured that the money would 'be transferred now ', I have still not received my refund. This lack of follow-up and the need to keep contacting each other is very frustrating and says a lot about the management.

I ordered the Chicken Garlic Spinach. First of all nothing like the picture, the picture shows pieces of chicken breast I got chicken crumbs, and definitely too much garlic oil. Also seems they don’t want to work as they had a closed sign on the door, but we tried anyways and they were just open. Parking: Lots of parking spots, but you do have to pay, 1,90€ for an hour.
