Yard House - Houston

The food was outstanding! We tried the Korean barbecue and the vampire tacos, and honestly, we could have eaten the vampire tacos repeatedly and been perfectly satisfied! Everything we had was fantastic! Our server was exceptional as well—she was friendly, attentive, and had a great sense of humor.

I really enjoyed the extensive selection of beers and the recommended food pairings. Situated in the trendy City Center, the drinks and food are on the pricier side. However, the Happy Hour offers discounts on all drinks and a substantial half-price appetizer menu. The burgers are fantastic, and all the ingredients are fresh. The table service was quick and professional. The energy and atmosphere were vibrant, but it was quite noisy during the Friday Happy Hour.

The restaurant is situated in a trendy new plaza, which gives it a charming atmosphere. I'm not certain if parking is free since we arrived on a weekday evening after an event, but I noticed there were parking decks available. The staff was decent, and the place was quite busy. Our food came out relatively quickly. I've dined at several Yard House locations across different states, and I've found that the food quality can be inconsistent. However, they do offer great value and a wide selection, which is a plus when traveling. I absolutely love their mac and cheese, but I think their brookie dessert has changed for the worse—it's no longer to my liking. Still, it's worth trying for yourself.

I’ve been here several times the food is delicious. Service is good. I wish they would do a better job of cleaning the menus the last 2 times I’ve gone they have been dirty sticky but other than that I recommend this place. They have a good happy hour also.Food: 5/5

I love going to Yard House. It’s in a nice convenient area. The food and atmosphere is great. What makes me really enjoy Yard House is the HAPPY HOUR. 1/2 off of drinks and APPS. You can’t beat that!Food: 3/5
