Wild Cajun - Houston

OMG! they passed on frozen crawfish as fresh. We asked prior to ordering if crawfish was live. server assured us they were, came out completely frozen crawfish. Ordered 12 wings asked for two flavors. they declined and told us we had to order two 6 pcs in order to get two flavor. hmmm.. 8,99 for 6 wings and 13.99 for twelve. they sure know how to get an upper hand on this one!!! ordered some fried mushroom. all they had to do was take out of freezer and dropped in fryer. and they still managed to mess up. came out super over cooked. mushrooms were shrinked to almost non exsistance. omg.Service was terrible! we were the only table there and the guy was soo busy sitting eating he forgot we were there. they didnt even turn on the air conditioning. we were eating in a sauna like room And on top of the poor dining experience. they charged us 3 percent for using a credit card with out notifying us. This is the first time ever have i been charged for using a credit card at a restaurant. never coming back . these people just penny pinch their way through

Under new management. Food was meh. Boudain balls were 3/10, fries were soggy and cold out of the kitchen. Crawfish was decent, the spicy isn't super spicy which is fine. House special fried rice was just ok, your basic fried rice with a few pieces of shrimp and crawfish thrown in. The fish sauce wings and garlic Parmesan wings were 8/10. Service was fine, she checked up on us every once in a while Ambiance, the music was loud, not many tables in the restaurant so not sure why the music had to be loud. We could barely hear our conversation across 2 seats. Notes: they charge a mandatory 18% tip for parties 2 or more which they don't tell you about ahead of time (there were 9 of us). They also charge you a 3% surcharge if you use a credit card. Now, VISA policy states that the merchant is allowed to charge a max 3% surcharge but you have to disclose ahead of time, which they certainly did not. We didn't see or know about the surcharge until we saw it on the receipt which isn't printed until after you pay and sign. Safe to say we will not be back.

This place is sooo good! The platters are so BIG! Hush puppies and Boudin Balls really good. Beef fried rice very good. Big and tasty shrimp! Very nice wait staff!Food: 5/5

I loved it! GO! Great prices and delicious food! The service is great and welcoming. The rest is not the best looking but the food quality is there. Have been coming for years and will continue

The best Crawfish in Houston!!! Really flavory?, the place is not to fancy but the food is worth it.
