Wendy's - Houston

Lobby is cleaned despite the signs and notifications. also they have my order wrong 3 times in succession, and last time argues with me, despite entering in the hand prove that I was right. this place must be closed

Hot and fresh. Had the classic chicken sandwich that I spice with the Buffalo sauce. They have a spicy chicken but I'm picky. Just enough not to much. Fries with skin on. And a shake to go. Back to work with a shake and a smile.

All March long is half off breakfast if ordered thru the app which my favorite breakfast item hands down is the hot honey chicken sandwich altho if I went back knowing they put very little sauce I'd ask for extra sauce. Whataburger puts more sauce on their chicken biscuits than Wendy's does.

This was the worst experience ever. I went to get breakfast on the way to work and asked for sausage with a Bacon Egg and Swiss Croissant. I was up charged and didn’t get the sausage in my food. PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

I deliver with UBER Eats. My best friend and I are one of the highest rated and most dependable delivery drivers in America. I say that because we travel and deliver with Uber Eats as a team. One complication we run into, is not knowing if a lobby is, or is not open for pickups. Yet, I see many locations across the U.S. (especially Wendy 's and/or McDonalds locations) that there is an Open Lobby sign in their window. I don 't require an explanation for why signs are or are not up, I just ask that the signs placed are accurate.An added note,I normally don 't complain about this kind of stuff. But had the lady working behind the counter not been rude in response to me asking about their locked doors, I probably would 've let this go too.(I canceled this $9.50 order BTW. By the time I walked back to the car to get in line, 5 more cars showed up. There were already 5 cars there.)Currently,we are delivering in the busy and beautiful city of Houston Texas. I love Wendy 's Crispy chicken sandwhich with no pickles, 2 pieces of cheese, add mayo, and fries, and a medium, Sprite.
