Tammy Allen Cakes was literally the icing of my day! Your attitude along with the personal touch of other employees makes the experience simple and yet difficult to choose a taste! We cannot wait to enjoy the cake on our special day. I felt like a queen during my tasting.

We were married in Ashton Gardens West in Houston at the end of October. Cakes by Tammy Allen was absolutely perfect! We had a great feeling at our meeting with her and signed on the same day. Although she specializes in more of the highly developed cakes, my simple, white spatula cake came out without errors! (Image in Commentaries, Flowers have been added by our florist) We chose the Amoretto cake and Frost. It wasn't excessively sweet and was a little dry! My fiancé and I first heard from Tammys Cakes for our wedding planner Delcina Hagley from Fabulous Beginnings. Del tried some consults with cake seller Tammy's cake. After our tasting, I was so amazed at her flavors that I went a second time with finance, then my mom-LOL. They were probably so upset, but you would never notice... Tammy her **** was flattered as I was taken from her cakes. After tasting, Tammy her design team Billy Rikka were the only ones who took our vision for our cakes the time and sat with us sketched the cake exactly as I wanted, even suggesting details like fondant ruffles a flower ball for the top of our cake, details that really stood out our cake. They also added our personal monogram and even copied the gate design from our invitations. I was so excited when I went there because I knew they had captured my vision and that it would be an amazing tasting wedding cake and also a beautiful one. We chose their famous Texas Melon butter cream- a taste no one in Houston can claim for our Grooms cake we choose alternating layers of chocolate Hennessy strawberry champagne. I was so amazed at such unique aromas, I also had Tammy make my bride shower cake for my bride tea - in the St.Regis in her TX melon taste - with a tasted icing (naked style). Professionality: I would give Tammy her team an A plus- they supply high quality cakes for both events including our bridal shower wedding. Cakes were delivered on time and tasted phenomenally. I would recommend it! Please do not go with a cheaper baker my friend showed me pictures of a wedding recently where the bride tries to reduce costs by making a cheap baker Well, her cake still fell it delivered in pieces without pancakes for her. I wouldn't get you with Tammy b/c 1 TAG! Tammy wasn't just brilliant, she was reasonably expensive. So happy we chose them b/c we got everything we wanted plus more.

Tammy and her employees earned their 5 stars. her work is a culinary art. I highly recommend them.

We were married May 6, 2017 and Cakes by Tammy Allen did our wedding and grooms cake! Not only did they look amazing, they tasted amazing!! People are still asking who did them and telling me how unbelievably delicious they were!! Thank you Tammy for the most fantastic cakes we could've asked for!!
