Wb Liquors Wine - Houston

The whisky selection here is extensive and reasonably priced. However, I can only give it three stars because the staff does not treat you like a valued customer. When you inquire about products, they often respond in a dismissive manner.

Although the selection is somewhat limited, WB consistently offers great prices and friendly staff. It's worth visiting occasionally to discover the unique items they have in stock.

Would have rated 5 except the staff are rude rude rude rude. The cashier threw a box at me when I asked for a box. She was upset I asked for 1 and then asked her to take out the dividers. She got real ugly and basically told me to leave the store. I understand hiring today is difficult, but you've got to hire people who are customer oriented.

Great place! A varieties of different liquors and wine. Attached to Costco there with a friend. Great deals! Fantastic customer service!
